Cancellation Policy

At Miyagis Pro, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality, and efficient handyman services. To ensure the best possible experience for both our clients and our team, we kindly ask you to review the following service policies: 💰 Rates and Team Members - Our services start at $79 per hour, per handyman. - All services have a two-hour minimum per appointment. - Most projects require a minimum of two professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. ⏰ Cancellation Policy - We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. - Your cooperation allows us to better organize our schedule and serve other clients in need. 🧰 Materials and Tools -Our team arrives fully equipped with standard tools. - If a project requires special materials or uncommon tools, these must be provided by the client or pre-approved for purchase by Miyagis Pro. - Materials purchased by our team will be invoiced separately and must be paid for in advance or upon service completion. 🕓 Service Hours - Our regular business hours are Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Services outside of these hours or on holidays may be available upon request and may include additional fees. ✅ Service Guarantee - We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If any adjustments are needed, we will return and resolve the issue at no additional cost within this time frame. 📸 Job Documentation - For transparency and quality control, we take “before and after” photos of each project. These may be used for internal records or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. 💳 Payment Terms - We accept cash, Zelle, credit or debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior arrangements or financing through Afterpay has been approved. We sincerely appreciate your trust in Miyagis Pro.
